If you're trying to log in, but have trouble, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Be Sure You're Using the Right Account & Login Page
Some of our users get confused that MP Seminars has two websites -- one is mpseminars.com (for live training and products) and one for the full library of training videos. Other users assume their Faithlife / Logos.com accounts are linked to MP Seminars accounts, but they are completely separate systems. Be sure you've registered / paid for a subscription through mpseminarsonline.com and that you're trying to log in using the correct page: https://mpseminarsonline.com/login/
Password Not Accepted? Reset It
If you're in the right place, but your password doesn't seem to work, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login screen.
Still Not Working? Clear Your Cache
If you still have issues, there may be a caching problem. You can try a few things:
- Try logging out (using the link in the top right) and then log back in
- If this doesn’t work, try clearing your browser’s cache — if you’re not sure how, here’s an article on it
- You could alternatively try a different browser (i.e. if you’re using Internet Explorer, try Chrome as well)
The link in the top navigation bar that says “Training Library” should show you all the available courses. As long as you’re logged in, clicking any of those should take you to whichever course you’re trying to access.
